The holiday at the in-laws ended today, but not before we off'ed another little chicky. Then of to the airport, not sailing today. First time for my son on an airplane. He had fun all the way to cph airport.

Blood all over. This little chicken is dead, and I killed it. Family fun.

Tools of the day

Back in school. This friday is the last day this time around. Wierd feeling being back in a classroom sitting down and listening all at the same time. Off to a wedding tomorrow and Green Day show tonight, why am I paying money to see Green Day?? Don't know but better sound good.

Zombie Jesus

It is official, Jesus was/or is a Zombie. Apparently it is Zombie Jesus day april 12th.
I have no idea what happens this day but, this just comfirms that my thoughts on the ressurrection part are true.

Tunnel at 4 in the morning

Must find something to do while walking around in 4 in the morning with the baby. Found this tunnel at Østerbrogade and wondered about how many tunnels there are in Copenhagen which I never use.....

I have to take a day out to explore those tunnels....

Opening Night - Slutstrand

Tonight is the opening night of the play "Slutstrand" by writer Nicolas Bro.
Finally we reach the opening and the and of the production.

It has been a long hard road to reach the end result, but it has been fun and educational at the same time.
I am very pleased with my final sounddesign for this play.
The play starts and ends with sound, in between it is full of tones and drones all the way through the close to 2 hours of play.

Music in the show features bits from the Red Army Choir, the Bulgarian television woman choir and I managed to sneak some Lustmord in there as well.
Besides the few music bits it is all tones, drones, underscores and ambiences. Chopped, looped, processed and edited in Logic Pro with kind assistance of AltiVerb plug-in , Apogee audiointerface and an MXL 990 mic for recording.

Thanks to he director for giving me a huge amount of space and freedom to create and produce sound for this production.

If you have a night of stop by Kaleidoskop K1 on Nørrebrogade in Copenhagen and treat yourself to a night of a futuristic apocalyptic look a a not so distant future.......

In short: The male chromosome has been whiped out by a virus and the planet is inhabited and governed by women.......

This is what I have been up to for the last month or so. Taking care of little kiddo and relaxing, gathering energy for work.

I hope 2009 will bring me new energy, starting new job at the 1st of february so let´s see what that will do.
